Free Returns
To return any goods simply use the Free Returns label. Let us know what you would like us to do on your receipt or simply write us a letter with your full name, address and telephone numbers so that we can trace your original order.
Note: Please make sure that you obtain proof of postage from your local post office. In the unusual event of a package being lost in the post it will help us to try and trace it and deal with your requirements.
No quibble guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (for whatever reason), please return it to us with the original packaging in the condition it was received, within 14 days, and we will exchange it or refund your money – no quibbles. Please note: we do not refund postage charges unless the reason for return was an error on our part.
