General information
To place an order
You can use the order form to make a note of the
styles, colours and sizes you require and then
telephone us: log on to our secure website or send
your order by fax or post. We are open 24 hours a
day, seven days a week.
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards,
cheque and postal orders. Please note we do not
charge credit cards until the items have been sent
to you. Cheques must be in UK sterling and be
payable to Perry Uniform. Orders that are paid for by
cheque will be sent once the cheque has cleared.
Stock availability
When you order by telephone you will be instantly
advised of stock availability. If any items are
temporarily out of stock you will be advised of an
expected delivery date. We make every effort to
carry enough stock to meet all orders, however,
some styles will sell out faster than others. In the
unlikely event of this happening our telephone team
will always try to suggest some suitable alternatives.
Deliveries
UK deliveries are sent by second class Royal Mail
packet post and should reach you within 4 days.
In order to avoid disappointment please allow
28 days. If items are out of stock we will advise you
of anticipated delivery dates. If you need a next day
guaranteed delivery it is no problem, please ask our
telephone team for details.
Orders from around the world
All overseas orders are delivered by International
Recorded post and are usually sent out within
24 hours of the order reaching us. Postage is
charged according to the weight of the parcel, you
will be notified of the cost on your receipt. If items
are out of stock you will be advised by post.
Our guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,
please return it to us with the original packaging
in the condition it was received, within 14 days,
and we will exchange it or refund your money
- no quibbles.
Postage free returns
To return any goods simply use the Free Returns
label. Let us know what you would like us to do on
your receipt or simply write a letter with your full
name, address and telephone numbers so that we
can trace your original order.
Note: Please make sure that you obtain proof of
postage from your local post office. In the unusual
event of a package being lost in the post it will help
us to try and trace it and deal with your requirements.
Customer Service
We strive to supply good quality garments that
represent value for money. We know that we are
not always perfect and really value all feedback
good and bad. If you wish to discuss any aspect
of our service please call our customer service
team from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
The legal details
Prices for the school uniform catalogue are valid
to 31st December 2008. VAT at 17.5% where
currently applicable is included in the list price.
We try to describe and illustrate the colours and
styles accurately. Please be aware that the print
process is an art, not a science and this means
that slight variations may occur.
Uniform Schoolwear Ltd total liability claim arising
shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by
us to the customer whether this arises from a
breach of duty in contract or in any other way unless
due to the foreseeable negligence of the company
or its employees. We cannot accept any liability for
failure to comply with specific instructions stated in
the catalogue or the garment care instructions.
VAT charges
At the time of publication children's clothing sold
in the UK is exempt from VAT. If this exemption is
lifted and VAT is applied to children's clothing, we
reserve the right to increase our prices. Customers
will be advised of any changes before we take your
order and this will be confirmed by post.

7 days a week. The customer service team are
available from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
